The Sprite is the Rolex GMT-Master II reference 126720VTNR — the left-handed one. In 2022 Rolex moved the crown and date window to the left of the case, making it the first regular-production destro Rolex, and gave it a green and black Cerachrom bezel. The green-on-black earned it the Sprite name. It is designed to be worn on the right wrist, though plenty of owners wear it conventionally and simply enjoy having the crown out of the way of the back of the hand. The date window at 9 o’clock is the detail people either love or cannot get past. There is also the white gold 126729VTNR. Both are difficult to buy at retail, which is most of why they are here.

The case is the standard 40mm Oystersteel GMT case, mirrored, with the date window at 9 o’clock and a Jubilee or Oyster bracelet.
